I think all XM radio remotes work on everything. It even works on the new XMP3. dont quote me on that though.
I am happy, You are happy. I purchased the Delphi SA 10042 XM Radio Roady Remote Control, You sent it to me, I have been using it. nuff said.
If I bring it in the house with my receiver to listen to XM inside - after a while, IT WILL NOT WORK. If it sits in the car on a hot summer day, it works fine. Please don't waste your money on this remote. Both my wife and I have this remote for our Delphi Roady 2 & Delphi Roady XT respectfully. We have the exact same problem with them. USELESS.
I have to place it on my heat vent or sit on it to warm it up before it will work. It isn't a battery issue since I already bought new batteries to make sure it isn't the problem. I have had my roady for a couple of years and have noticed that when the weather is cold it does not work. Since it is even colder out now it takes almost my entire ride to work for the thing to warm up enough to work.
fits in the plam of your hand. It does use a nice 3V coin battery that comes with it, but for channel surfing, not a good design. The remote is well designed, and small. But it seems very slow in responding to power/on power off, and really isn't all that good from about 10 feet away, where I control my Roady from while at my desk.
